Production Schedule

Deadline for filming and editing the film opening is February 23rd 2014. Therefore i will assign myself deadlines within this, to make sure i meet this final deadline.

• Date for filming 
• Saturday 18th January- Filming opening sequence on the beach front. Filming from 1pm-3pm. Extra time allocated if required.
• Sunday 19th January- Filming on the streets of Bournemouth for the second scene.Filming from 10am-2pm. Extra time allocated if required. 
• Saturday 25th January- Filming in the park/Woodland- Filming from 11am-12pm. Extra time allocated if required.
• Saturday 1st February- Filming in the Church- Filming from 9am-10am. Not extra time is available due to time constriction on using a public building. 
•  Dates for editing
• Saturday 1st February- Being to transfer footage and convert RAW files to usable formats. 
• Sunday 2nd February- Colour Grading Begins for shots
• Monday 3rd February- Colour Grading finished (AFTER SCHOOL EDITING+LESSON TIME)
• Saturday 8th + Sunday 9th February- Begin work on preliminary render of SFX (TREE'S AND HOLOGRAMS TO BE COMPLETED ON THIS WEEKEND)
• Monday 10th-Friday 14th- Complete Draft edit of footage. Begin to add SFX.
• Saturday 15th-Sunday 16th- Finish edit. Final Work of SFX import (Finish Motion tracking)
• Monday 17th-Saturday 22nd- Final Edit. Complete all parts of render including soundtrack and voice over work in this week.
• Sunday 23rd February- Exporting and encoding of Render to produce final export.
